VISUAL: 5'9, seems like a pretty average-looking skinny white guy. Has a chunk taken out of his left ear. Has a good (by average human standards) amount of muscle under his clothes, and an absolute fuckton of scars. Prone to sad puppy expressions. Freckles.
AURAL: Deep voice, desert-dry humor.
OLFACTORY: Stale coffee and 5-in-1 shampoo (he can't afford multiple products).
DEMEANOUR: Witty sarcasm just barely covering up the Depression of it all. Tries his best to keep it Professional at work despite the rampant HR violations constantly happening to him.
